“Physicality and Spirituality” The combination was always important to me. In the world of physical fitness & personal training, I recognized that 'physical' fitness was always just a piece of the puzzle that my clients were looking to improve fervently. The question arrived to me: What if my clients used this same intensity towards physical health and applied it to the other important aspects of their lives? From there, I infused Life Coaching with Personal Training and the results were undeniable. My clients were reaching dominating their fitness goals, personal obstacles, and most important of all, they suffocated all doubts that once dominated their outlook on life & living.
It was ALWAYS about the whole person: Physically, Mentally and most importantly, Spiritually. I learned that I could never get the most out of a client if one of these three pillars were under duress. While we always worked on the physical, it was important to check the other boxes.
After working with hundreds of clients, I gained a library of knowledge of effective solutions to not only be healthier but also live the life that dreams are made of. This library of knowledge is finally available through the Mindful Wellness Library.
